    Requirements

    Technical troubleshooting skills with ability to understand and to create SQL scripts to facilitate this process
    Oracle database experience preferred
    Technical Windows Operating System experience
    Able to troubleshoot issues through to resolution
    Test scripting and execution experience to support delivery of minor changes
    Flexibility to support other business critical solutions within the retail environment as needed

    Functional Skills:
    Understanding and experience working with and supporting IT systems
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
    Good documentation skills
    Methodical in approach and process driven
    Interest to further develop and a quick learner

    Additional skills:
    Ability to develop Windows OS PowerShell scripting
    Unix/Linux skills
    Understanding and experience working and supporting Retail IT systems
    Prior experience in a similar role

    Responsibilities

    Set-up / request and maintenance of the retail application environments
    Supports project and business as usual teams by ensuring development, test, pre-production, and production environments are accurately set-up and available for their needs
    Creates and maintains the installation process for a till/POS machine including image, application, and database
    Accountable for application installation documentation
    The role will work alongside level 2 retail support teams to ensure business operational continuity
    Supports the management of third-party system access requests
