Supplier Qualifications Management Junior Buyer with English

· Good English language skills, written and conversational;

· Basic Orientation in S2P operations, PR/ PO processes;

· Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills;

· Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA;

Nice to have & Trainable Skills:

· Exposure to procurement operations (2 years);

· Neutral Voice and Accent and call management;

· Procurement domain knowledge and industry skills.

· Support to Supplier - Onboarding suppliers, supplier follow up, Questionnaire analysis, Questionnaire award;

· Support to Category/ users, Anti-bribery compliance watch;

· Assist suppliers during their onboarding process in ARIBA platform;

· Non-Voice daily tasks 30%;

· Voice tasks 70%.
