    You supplement this ambition with:

    • Strong communication skills
    • Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project
    • Experience working with Confluence, Sharepoint
    • Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations
    • Diplomatic ability to influence others at all levels of the business

    • Ability to competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions
    • Experience of financial management
    • Focus on client relationships and impact on our customer service
    • Handles difficult personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
    • Efficient in resource planning
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, agile (SAFe team-based environment)
    • Expérience working with JIRA
    • Knowledge or experience working in the retail industry
    • Experience of managing a PMO office
    • Strong interest and affinity with Data

    Language(s):
    • Excellent command of the English language both written & spoken.
    • Knowledge of French and/or Dutch and/or Greek will be considered an asset.
    Study:
    • Master Degree in Information Technology

    How you will make an impact

    As a PMO Officer within the Belgium, Central, South East Europe Data Insights & Analytics and Customer Engagement Center of Excellence, your role involves working as part of a 100+ people team within IT. Our goal is to enable our businesses in 5 European markets to better manage and exploit data and use it to better engage our customers. The purpose of this role is to administer and consolidate monitoring and KPIs of our activities such as cost, quality, plan, time, and benefits realization.

    The PMO role will also include working closely with the DIA CE management to support with the consolidation and facilitation of the department’s vision and roadmap creation; communication; stakeholder management; portfolio management; planning including milestone management; and risk and issue management. Integral to delivering these responsibilities will be financial management; maintaining risks, issues, assumptions, actions logs; resource forecasting; dependency management; and reporting.

    Operationally, the PMO provides and enables project prioritization, management
    information, financial reporting, resource planning, also supports decision making, and recruitment.
    Your new office: the Regional BeCSE IT Data Insights & Analytics and Customer Engagement team
    The Data Insights & Analytics team of Ahold Delhaize BeCSE is responsible for the design, configuration and operation of a multi-country Data Lake-based running on Azure and SAP Data Platform. This solution covers a broad range of data products, like Business Intelligence, Self-Service-Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, etc. These use cases are enabling strategic capabilities for many of our business domains, like Customer Experience (Loyalty, Personalization), E-Commerce, Marketing Campaigns, and Finance, Supply Chain, etc.
    The Customer Engagement team is responsible for the design, configuration, and operation of a multi-country pre and post sales platform, based on Salesforce Marketing and Service clouds, enabling strategic capabilities on Marketing and Customer Service areas, business domains.

    You will make impact by delivering following objectives:

    • Support in terms of PMO activities the 3 domains of the DIA CE department (SAP, Azure Data Platform and Salesforce)
    • Support the facilitation of a portfolio management processes
    • Consolidate communication across domain, ensure quality & ensure communication pace is respected
    • Monitor reporting and assist team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders.
    • Manage and compile direction’s related financial and KPI information. Oversee costs and ensure finances are well managed
    • Provide support to maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across the Direction
    • Update and maintain the Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register
    • Ensure cross-domain dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained.
    • Define and embed control and governance
    • Financial Management; Change Management across the project portfolio
    • Prepare regular status reporting for the engagement leadership
