HR Generalist - determined contract (maternity cover)

- Bachelor's degree
- Specialized trainings/ courses in HR field – would be a plus
- Good English knowledge, verbal and written
- 2-3 years of experience working in Human Resources, mainly recruitment and HR administration; any other exposure to HR is welcomed
- Customer service attitude
- Motivation for a long term HR career path
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Oversee full-cycle of recruitments projects, when needed
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
- Manage MY HR Connection - employee platform for recruitments and employee administration
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration (prepare timesheets for external payroll provider, verify invoices from benefits providers)
I- s the person of contact for medical service provider related to: new hires, terminations, adding new subscribers, appoint periodical medical checks
- Update org charts, employee materials
- Update monthly holidays for multiple locations
- Offer support in training projects (revise contracts /keep relation with suppliers)
