Senior Business Analyst with German

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

 Previous Experience in a Business Analyst/Product Owner role, preferable +3 years
 Practical experience in cross-functional team management
 Understanding of high loaded systems needs
 Technical mindset and experience in software development and/or web applications
 Strong presentation and public speaking skills
 English and German skills

 Translate product strategy into detailed requirements
 Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes in Agile environment
 Collaborate closely with engineering and business to ensure success of product
 Product strategy creation
 Closely understand our customer’s needs and challenges
 Manage the Product Backlog, by clearly expressing the user stories, prioritizing them and by making them visible and transparent
 Write technical specifications for new and updated epics and user stories
