    -University degree in related field (Computer Science is considered an advantage)
    - Experience of over 3 years of working with IT systems
    - Good knowledge of MS SQL Server administration and tools, T-SQL; Oracle DB knowledge is a plus
    - Knowledge of IIS administration and configuration
    - Experience of developing and supporting IT information systems;
    - Team worker and proactive attitude
    - Problem-solving skills, capability to manage small projects
    - Can take ownership of the given tasks and pursue them to completion.
    - Good command in English


    • Collaborates with developers and direct beneficiaries to establish a vision from a technological point of view and analyzes the necessary compromises between usability and performance: case studies, logical and functional schemes, substantiation documentation projects as well as the "scope" audit within the implemented project methodology;
    • Analyzes business requirements and provides advice & support for defining business functionalities;
    • Translates the business requirements into functional description
    • Describes workflows by detailing a business use case, finding and specifying users and entities, and defining automation requirements;
    • Critically evaluates the information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details and abstracts low-level information to a level of general understanding, distinguishes the real needs arising from the requests of users (departments);
    • Participates in cases of use and tests carried out in collaboration with the technical staff; assists the testing team in project testing processes, ensuring that bug fixes are made and communicated;
    • Monitors the status of the project plan according to the individual reports and prepares reports on the status of the entire project; monitors project risks on the "scope" side, the necessary documentation and prepares the project closing documents;
    • Suggests the optimal business solution and analyzes the impact of the new development;
    • Provides assistance to the programmer throughout development:
    • Offers business consultancy, estimating the time needed to implement an application and elaborates test plans of the new development;
    • Provides production support and quality monitoring of new applications;
    • Offers second line support on the new development, follows-up of problems and bugs.
