    8. Very good PC skills (Word & Excel).


    In this Service Point Advisor position you will:
    1. Establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers in order to ensure the best quality service is offered;
    2. To promote a high sales initiative in order to increase country business acquisition;
    3. Ensure correct shipments’ collections and deliveries, respecting company’s process and procedures;
    4. Provide activity reports to direct superior;
    5. Conduct a proper inter-departmental communication & relationship with all DHL Romania departments.
