Responsibilities

A new opportunity opened at Veeam where you will be responsible to create Landing pages/Micro-sites/User-facing features and also you will help to manage the coding part of the main website of the company.
As a Senior Web developer you will be familiar with current best practices for web front-end industry and email development, including responsive emails. You will also have the opportunity to constantly optimize web pages and conduct A/B tests.

Responsibilities:

• Develop rich, interactive, enterprise web pages for desktop and mobile.
• Develop new user-facing features.
• Directing or performing company website updates.
• Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases address all browser and device types.
• Optimize web pages performance through A/B testing.
• Uphold quality layout according to corporate guidelines.
• Make recommendations to optimize and streamline web templates.
• Work collaboratively with other developers/designers.
• Maintaining and promoting a successful and positive work environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.
• Good experience with client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
• Ability to write complex front-end scenarios.
• Understand principle of UI and UX in web.
• Confident use of SASS preprocessor and experience with Pug preprocessor.
• Layout building experience for web (cross-browser and adaptive layout) without CSS-frameworks, including animation and interactivity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Dedicated team player.
• Accurate and detail-oriented and responsible personality. Ability to meet deadlines and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Experience with BEM-methodology, Git (GitLab), Figma, npm and Gulp is an advantage.
• Experience in A/B testing is an advantage.
• It will be a plus if you have experience of coding HTML-emails. Knowledge of the various nuances of email clients (especially Outlook).
