    Qualifications

    • Fluent in English and Romanian (spoken and written)
    • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Strong communication skills
    • Organizational skills
    • German language is a plus
    • University degree on going
    • Team-working skills
    • Attention to detail
    • The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it
    • The ability to use standard software packages (eg. Microsoft Office, Outlook)

    Job Description

    • The duties and attributions of the job include secretarial work as well as collaboration in the specified
    • field
    • Office Organization for Department Head incl. preparation and organization of meetings
    •  Responsible Person for Organizing Business trips and delegation/reimbursement papers for the HOD after returning from business trip
    •  Responsible Person for management and customer visits for the department (transfers, hotel bookings, meeting room preparation)
    •  Supporting the Department head by organizing the department (task delegation, follow up, employee information)
    •  Synchronization and Connecting department with support departments e.g. QMM, ICO, CC, PM, FIN, CTG
    •  Responsible for Information Management (gathering and spreading) (i.e. in the department meeting, in shop floor meetings, Lernstatt)
    •  5S officer for Office areas, Meeting rooms
    •  Active tracking of major/monthly appointments / events / visits: request and prepare open points for HoD , check if delegation/flight etc. needed 1 month prior
    •  Place office material orders for office
    • Track and inform HoD on Tasks from Plant Meetings OPLs (i.e. CMT...) 2 weeks prior to target date
    •  Organize and ordering kitchen products
    •  Organizing the post - in and out system - sending, picking up and handle the documents for department
    •  Supporting the new employees (office materials, work equipment, IT requests)
    •  Responsible for the meeting rooms allocated to the office (Organizing meetings- declining and accept it, checking the 5S, technical equipment
    •  Support in power point presentation for different meetings
