What we are looking for:
• Technical university studies;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management in production sites, engineering;
• Lean manufacturing, 6 sigma;

Your responsabilities will be:
• Defining and implementing the processes and methods to be followed in the field of engineering and technology, defining and maintaining the technical documentation;
• defining, implementing and maintaining the manufacturing processes according to performance and efficiency parameters;
• Performing simulations / scenarios regarding the efficient use of production capacities and providing advice to the management team on the efficiency of production capacities;
• Ensuring the maintenance of the updated BOM as well as routings / work centers;
• Defining the safest method of production in relation to the complexity and volume of production;
• Ensuring that the actions defined for the engineering team are fulfilled on time and at the agreed performance standards;
• Reducing downtime due to technical problems and decreasing the failure rate;
• Utilizing continuous improvement methods (6 sigma lean);
• Preparing the preventive maintenance plan of the equipment and following the execution of the maintenance activities;
• Setting goals and performance indicators and evaluating the performance of the team.
