    Qualifications

    • University degree in Business Administration/ Controlling/ Finance/ Economical Engeneering/ other
    • Self-starter who is self-motivated, disciplined, performance driven and passionate about building up teams and transforming businesses
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
    • Confident and self-aware with excellent verbal interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong leadership capabilities including the ability to inspire, motivate, guide and mentor group members to pursue specific goals and targets aggressively
    • Minimum 5 years experience requested in controlling or/and other commercial area (logistic/purchasing/finance)
    • Proficient computer skills - MS Office, PPT, Excel, Macros, SAP
    • Willingness to relocate to Romania

    Job Description

    We are looking for a talented professional, with a proven track record, who is knowledgeable and passionate about financial controlling and can be an inspiring leader for our young plant controlling team.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Develop the product controlling to an established and valuable business partner for internal and external stakeholders
    • Validation of value stream controller's calculations, cost estimations, reports and ad hoc requests
    • Coordination of Monthly Performance Review, Current Forecast, Business Plan, Long Term Planning activities
    • Coordination and standardization of value stream controlling activities
    • Presentation of financial data and results towards upper management
    • Provide advice to managers, challenge them and proactively work on business problems and opportunities
    • Foster an environment of continuous learning and adopts best practices for plant controlling
    • Lead the team towards continuous improvement of value stream controlling processes
    • Selection, training, motivation and mentoring of controllers within the group
    • Motivate, guide, mentor and develop members in the group and help remove hurdles to deliver results and make progress
    • Proxy/back up for Controlling Department Head
