Job Description:

* Consult with Design Engineering teams to provide innovative solutions to SMT assembly challenges in new and existing designs.
* Work effectively as a team member, help when and where needed, and communicate effectively with other departments and team members.
* Assist with New Product Introduction processes.
* Assist with New Product Introduction processes.
* Must have the ability to complete quality work in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

* Advanced English knowledge;
* Ability to work independently;
* University Degree in Technical field;
* 2 year experience in manufacturing engineering;
* Experience in manufacturing processes;
* Good automation knowledge;
* Knowledge of SMT Pick and Place process, equipment and equipment programming/optimization (preferable: ASM)
* Team player;
* Experience with Microsoft Office software required.
