• Fluent German and Conversational level of English Language
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree
• Excellent skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel / MS Visio (Process Maps)

• ERP exposure, Oracle/ MS Visio (Process Maps) would represent an advantage

• Co-managing third-party vendors/ vendor contracts throughout the entire transformation of the
client and managing all existing vendor contracts
• Support daily operations in the Vendor Management
• Third-party vendor monitoring and controlling processes
• Tracking of vendor performance, adherence to agreed service levels
• E2E Vendor life cycle management- Onboarding of new vendors
• Onboarding new suppliers and managing contracts
• Quality Monitoring and continuous improvement
• Vendor Management framework- Score carding, measurements, review
• Maintaining an effective database of all relevant information related to 3rd-parties
