    Our Service Delivery Managers perform a varied role. They are our technology ambassadors working to support our business functions with their corporate technology needs. They work with the business to understand strategy, supply and demand, service quality and business process and help develop delivery framework to meet delivery expectations. They use their business process mapping and analysis skills to help translate business strategy into business process management transformation roadmaps and help agree the technology deliverables / scope. They will work with Project Management and Delivery SMEs to ensure the technology we delivery aligns to the business strategy and customer expectations. During Operations they will work with our Operations and Service Management team to formalise operational delivery plans and agree targets operational targets (KPI's). This position requires someone to think independently and work well with others. This is a chance to make an immediate impact in our efforts to integrate platforms from our two legacy organizations. Strong planning, organization and time management skills are key along with the ability to handle multiple complex projects at any one time. Key Responsibilities Business Planning - begin eliciting business requirements and modelling processes (as-is/to-be, using Business Processing Mapping), recording in standard documentation, and socializing the project with leadership and other technology teams (i.e., Architecture, DevOps, Service Management) Supporting Senior Stakeholders to understand the business strategy and create Business Process Management Transformation Roadmaps and document technology deliverables Definition and Design - facilitate workshops to evolve scope, gather detailed requirements, develop use cases, and begin visualizing the end result, using standard tools and techniques Ensure scope is well understood and documented and risk management processes are in place Manages project workstreams throughout the project lifecycle delivering results that meet the success parameters stated in the business case and ensuring full-service delivery Ensures all projects adhere to LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance, and risk management Work with Solutions Architect in defining potential technology solutions and ensuring adherence to architectural principles Collaborate with business and functional leads to socialise technology projects and obtain cross functional approvals from Legal, Group Risk, Compliance, LCH Ltd/LCH SA, Operations and Service Management Ensure smooth transition to Support, agree SLA/KPI Where appropriate sits within the scrum team (If Agile project) Support product owner on maintaining the backlog Perform due diligence on user stories to ensure that they include all the relevant detail as per definition of ready Work with stakeholders to ensure that the priorities for each sprint/release are understood Agree test script / service acceptance Candidate Profile / Key Skills Previous experience programme / project management and in team co-ordination / management Demonstrable experience working throughout a project lifecycle, engaging with various stakeholders, and managing and/or reviewing appropriate project documentation Strong experience in business analysis / business process mapping and ideation techniques Business Process Management Process Excellence / Process Discovery / Process Design and Implementation Stakeholder Management Operational Excellence Benchmarking & KPI Monitoring Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience Proven training in software development lifecycle or methodologies Good background in SaaS and knowledge of technology estates Understanding of Agile High level of proficiency with MS Office applications Project Management qualification by a recognizable institution is a plus (e.g., PRINCE2, APM), Certification in Business Analysis, by a recognizable institution is a plus Experience in large investment banking or financial services organisations is a plus Lean Six Sigma Methodologies a plus Soft Skills: Strong Planning, organisational and stakeholder holder management, with confidence to challenge preconceptions of outcomes and solutions Good communication, presentation, documentation, and customer engagement skills with proven ability to work effectively with all organisational levels Global experience - working successfully with teams in multiple locations simultaneously We are looking for intellectually curious people, passionate about the bigger picture of how technology industry is evolving, ready to ask difficult questions and deal with complicated scenarios.
