OTC Risk Analyst

Experience Required

- Sound Understanding of Financial Statements
- Knowledge of the Order to Cash end to end processes

ROLE SUMMARY

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?

The Risk Analysts will be accountable for the proper assessment and monitoring of the credit limits, as part of a larger process of risk monitoring. They will ensure the effective and timely delivery of tasks, according to the department’s procedures, objectives and KPI’s, using their knowledge of finance and skills. They will provide immediate support for the OtC team and the End Market regarding any potential improvement areas in terms of processes or procedures.


What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?


The risk analyst role impacts the overall business as it must maintain a proper balance between the reducing any potential risk and business enablement. This job role is part of the regular risk analysts’ activity.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Credit limit assessment and monitoring based on internal calculation and financial review
- Credit limit negotiation with all stakeholders involved in the process
- Deliver Order to Cash processes according to the agreed deadlines and in line with audit recommendations
- Participation to the Credit Committees
- Positive attitude while focusing on completing tasks or goals
- Constant monitoring of the internal and external platforms to identify any potential business risk
- Support a team culture where reflective questions and critical thinking are encouraged
- Draft the business cases in relationship with the insurer
