Sales Operations Specialist (RFP)

Alignment with Sustainalytics’ mission, vision and values;

Business experience 2-5 yrs required;

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Strong organizational/project management skills

Attention to details and inner drive to deliver to high standards and quality

Entrepreneurial and enjoys leading and working autonomously in a dynamic environment;

Ability to learn how to use a CRM (Salesforce), produce reports from it and learn and use other business software;

Sales oriented experience is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, Information Security, Product Managers teams), ensuring effective collection of answers to RFP questions to support the broader Client Relations Team according to deadlines.

Contribute to process innovation in order to increase the efficiency and timeliness of RFP completeness;

Coordinate and write proposals and RfP responses;

Maintenance of internal knowledge centers;

Maintaining standard information packages, proposals and other client support materials;

Support for reporting to management

Develop your own ESG and Sustainable Finance industry knowledge.
