    Job role

    Responsible and accountable for the accurate and timely monthly billing activity for all Allianz Technology SE client. This role will also act as helpdesk support for billing and take action to provide support on billing related queries to all stakeholders. The Billing Specialist will also provide required regular reporting to the relevant parties.


    Conduct monthly billing run activity in a timely and accurate manner;
    Responsible and accountable for credit note process;
    Act as point of contact and partner with all stakeholders to provide support for billing/O2I related questions, and/or resolve inconsistencies and errors;
    Responsible for providing solutions and support for new O2I tool and existing billing SharePoint;
    Responsible for minor master data changes such as name, address or email address of the customer, ship to party;
    Coordination with the Accounting Billing team in Munich for billing activities;
    Own and manage the billing and O2I general mailboxes and timely action pending requests from stakeholders;
    Develop and maintain FAQ documentation for the billing queries and solutions implemented;
    Provide regular reporting to stakeholders;
    Develop and maintain billing process documentation;
    Coach and train new colleagues, as required.


    Experience in Microsoft Office tools (Excel mandatory);
    Fluent in English, written and spoken (German or another European language is a plus)
    University degree in economics, finance or related field
    Good understanding and knowledge of Financial Process (especially Billing process)
    2+ years of experience in Billing activity;
    SAP and SharePoint knowledge.


    Organization, time management and prioritization ability to meet deadlines;
    Strong communication, including writing, speaking and active listening;
    Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills;
    Attention to detail with ability to think in processes and ensure deliverables are connected with operating plans;
    Customer focused with great customer service skills, including interpersonal conversation, patience and empathy.
