Requirements
Crucial experience, skills and knowledge:
Previous internship experience in recruitment or related field is nice to have (not mandatory);
Strong organization and ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet or beat deadlines;
Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, alongside energy and creativity are key characteristics that describe you and the projects you lead!
Proficiency in English
Beneficial:
Good analytical skills;
Proficiency in other languages (Polish, Russian, Turkish, Spanish, French, German);
Microsoft Office proficiency.
What you will be accountable for:
Supporting the recruiters in sourcing top talent across multiple functions and job levels as well as maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through various channels by using LinkedIn, local job boards, social networks, networking initiatives!
Together with our recruiters, you will partner with hiring managers to identify key requirements for each requisition, target companies and target candidates to contact.
By gaining experience in running the phone interview process you will learn how to present the preselected candidates to HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers by supporting arguments (candidate profile based on screening, phone interview and tests).
Helping to coordinate the final selection process steps via the system (assessment, tests, reference checks etc) and follow up on recruitment projects from beginning to the end, as to continuously develop own performance and seek ways to improve it.
This role is part of GBS HR - Recruitment department.
You will have the opportunity to learn and put in practice the Recruitment related knowledge and help our recruiters in tasks as source and screen candidates, perform phone interviews, present offers to successful candidates across all functions and different seniority levels.
