    How you will contribute

    • Identify, source and deliver qualified candidates profiles using multiple sourcing tools and techniques; 
    • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks; 
    • Create talent pools and maintain a strong network of prospects through proactive market research to sustain future hiring needs; 
    • Be an active employer brand ambassador, online and offline; 
    • Build strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers and discuss profile requirements; 
    • Permanently maintain communication with candidates regarding job opportunities; 
    • Be yourself and become part of our journey to attract, hire and create a highly engaging experience for our candidates and colleagues. 

    What will help you be successful
    • Excellent communication skills; 
    • Good organizing skills and flexibility; 
    • Knowledge related to talent sourcing tools and techniques (6 months, at least); 
    • Problem solving abilities and team player attitude; 
    • Good command of English and Romanian; 
    • Ability to work in teams or individually as and when required.
