    Qualifications

    • Undergraduate Student / Master program student (preferably Economics/ Business profile);
    • Very good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel);
    • Attention to detail and accuracy, logical thinking;
    • Efficient, pro-active and highly organized working style, good communication and time management skills;
    • Team player and customer-focused;
    • High quality and result orientation;
    • Advanced knowledge of English language (speaking & writing);
    • Availability for Working Student @ Bosch Program all year round.

    The languages you should know:

    • English - a good level is mandatory

    Our Commercial team is looking for colleagues that are interested in gaining experience in this area. You have the possibility to be hired on a 3 Months limited contract (full time), with the possibility to extend this period. 

    As a student in this team you will: 

    • Share responsibility with the other members of the team in the field of commercial activities for Engineering Center Cluj;
    • Actively participate in each phase of the process from creating order requests in Bosch Buying System to assets release and cost booked;
    • Prepare and maintain the required working instructions according to process documentation;
    • Cooperate with procurement and project planning owners for efficiently performing internal activities for acquisitions;
    • Ensure interface with Financial, Controlling, Logistics and Purchasing Departments;
    • Organize and handle internal activities for acquisitions according to the legal, commercial and corporate standards of the organization.
