• Bachelor and/or Master degree in Computer Science, Automation Electronics and Telecommunications, Informatics, Mathematics or comparable
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with test automation in a QA Automation Engineer role
• Experience with API testing
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or similar
• Hands-on experience with Java/Python
• Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git
• Experience using test and defects management tools (e.g. JIRA)
• Passion for new technologies and proactive in exploring new trends
• Able to prioritize tasks and work while following Agile methodology
• Fluent in English both verbal and written

Nice to have:

• Experience with Web Services/API testing (REST)
• Experience with performance testing
• Experience with Azure Databricks or other use cases of Apache Spark
• Experience Azure Data Factory, SQL, NoSQL
• Experience with BDD e.g. Cucumber
• Experience of working with distributed teams

We are currently looking for a QA Automation Engineer to work within our team.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer in the Engineering & Data Solutions department you will be assuring the quality of (e-) mobility software projects, together with an internationally distributed team, in a hybrid working model. Become part of our team and contribute to the future of (e-)mobility!

In your role you will:

• Develop testing strategies for the new products
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Propose new testing solutions, including automation tools
• Liaise with development teams (developers and product managers / owners) to identify system requirements
• Develop test frameworks, test infrastructure and automation for software products
• Perform functional, regression, load, and stress testing
• Coach and support other team members in relevant aspects of testing
• Report and track bugs
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
• Work closely with developers to resolve software issues
• Knowledgeable about automation frameworks and automation tools (UI & API)
