• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 2+ years of working experience in Scrum Master role
• Prior hands-on experience in software development
• Excellent understanding of Agile delivery principles and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP
• Experience in applying a wide variety of patterns, and techniques to assess sprint, backlog, and team health
• Hands-on experience with collaboration and tracking tools e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps
• Passionate about continuous improvement
• Ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Great moderation and facilitation skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Good customer and team management skills
• Proactive attitude towards solving impediments and proposing solutions
• Fluent in English both verbal and written

Nice to have:

• Agile certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other leading Agile certification is a plus
• Familiar with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe)
• Technical background and good understanding of engineering practices (i.e. CI/CD, TDD, code review, refactoring, branching strategy etc.)

We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to work within our team.

As a Scrum Master in the Engineering & Data Solutions department you will work together with an internationally distributed team, in a hybrid working model and guide development teams towards successful delivery of cloud-based solutions within the (e-)mobility sector. In your role you will

• Coordinate 1-2 team(s) towards successful product delivery and client satisfaction
• Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
• Train, mentor, and support Scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
• Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items
• Schedule and facilitate Scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
• Measure progress, performance and help teams improve
• Plan and organize demos and product/system testing meetings
• Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes
• Remove impediments of the Scrum team
• Track project processes and deliverables
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.
