• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Automation Electronics and Telecommunications, Informatics, Mathematics or comparable;
• Experience in validation & verification methods and methodologies;
• Project management basics;
• You are proactive and you adapt easily to new development environment, but don't worry, we will be there every step of the way, supporting each other;
• You are self-motivated and take ownership of your tasks and projects;
• You're a team player and offering and receiving feedback comes naturally;
• English language at a good level is mandatory;

We are currently looking for a Test Manager for Ultrasonic Systems to join our team which improves life by innovating the automated driving systems.

Within the Automotive business sector, we coordinate the testing activities for customer projects with advanced driving assistance systems with focus on parking systems using Ultrasonic technologies. In order to continue to successfully deliver to our customers, we are looking to grow our team with a system & software test manager.

In your role you will:

• Create, implement and maintain the System & Software Test Plan and Test Strategy;
• Estimate and plan the test effort for the project;
• Plan and prepare the test environment (HIL, Bench, Vehicle) and analyze the test conditions;
• Ensure proper test case definition and linking to test basis;
• Coordinate the test activities for different types of requirements with SW PM;
• Coordinate the test activities inside the testing team;
• Track test activities against milestones, reporting the variations to the stakeholders;
• Participate in different status meetings of the project;
• Report of test status in System & Software Test report, including Release recommendation;

Technology Stack:

• Define and continuously improve the test strategy;
• Create and maintain the test schedule;
• Plan the project's test infrastructure;
• Track test execution and control achievement of test targets;
• Planning tools: Jira, ALM, DOORS;
