• University degree in Computer Science, Automation, Electronics and Telecommunications, Informatics, Mathematics or comparable;
• You have experience as main technical driver of a small software teams (Java, Spring, Angular);
• You have a proven track record of interacting with diverse, distributed and multiple teams;
• You have at least 2 years of hands-on software development experience with Java/.NET or similar;
• You have in-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming and functional programming principles;
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• If you are willing to travel;
• German - but it is an advantage

We are currently looking for a Product Owner for Web Tool Development to work within our team and to lead the digitalization of our development processes in engineering.

Our aim is to deliver a Toolsuite based on multiple Web and Desktop Applications which provides an improved requirements management and business development process, guided engineering on multiple engineering domains and automates different activities such as resource distribution for microcontrollers and SoC.

In your role you will:

• Elicit needs/wants (user stories/requirements) from business and technical partners and define MVPs  
• Set a strategy, define and identify components as applicable, and make the hard, high-judgment trade-offs between performance, features, and speed-to-market  
• Write epics and features, and supply acceptance criteria detailed enough for the Implementation team to deliver successfully  
• Be responsible of the Tools and the Environment of development 
• Define and align the product vision, roadmap, strategic goals with the business developer and ensure the stakeholders are on board  
• Be in charge with the quality of the features that you will define, being actively involved in the testing process of the application  
• Define feature specifications along with test specifications and pass/fail criteria
• Together with an internationally distributed team, implement these concepts in an agile approach (SCRUM) where PO will be in charge of the backlog management and sprint planning/execution, actively participating in all Sprint events  
• Be in charge with the performance of the team
