Senior Expert Well Permitting

 To ascertain and respect the legislation’s and internal provisions in the field of health, safety, security and environment protection at work, protection against fire and civil protection as long as their implementation measures
 To use the equipment of the current and protection activity according to the technical instructions; not affect the good functioning, not alter, change or arbitrary remove the security devices in the building where he/she is working
 To communicate immediately to the employer and/or assigned employees any situation on which he/she have serious reasons to consider as a danger for the security and health of the employees, as well as any malfunctioning of the protection system.
 To inform the line manager and/or the employer about the accidents suffered
 To cooperate with the employer and/or assigned employees in order to make possible the implementation of any measures or requirements of the law or related authorities
 To cooperate with the employer and/or the related authorities in order to allow a work environment and work conditions without risks for security and health
 To act, according to the procedures established at the work place, in case of occurrence of any imminent fire danger or other emergency situation
 To provide to assigned persons all known data and information concerning occurred work accidents and/or fires
 To attend medical health surveillance examinations at the workplace, as planned by the occupational health physician with the employer’s agreement
 To get all required HSSE training to travel offshore or drive a Company car
 Responsible for health, safety, security and protection of the environment at the workplace, participates in HSSE trainings (according to competency maps), and contributes to integrate HSSE into the company culture

 The Senior Expert Drilling Permitting is accountable for the delivery of agreements, permits & approvals for the offshore drilling activities, as well as the coordination of the activities required to obtain Drilling Permit - Aviz sapare sonda), required & issued by the ANMR authority in order to start and run of the execution of wells drilling operations), and the activity regarding relationships with related authorities ( Environmental Agency; Romanian Waters, ACROPO, etc.)
 The Senior Expert Drilling Permitting is also in charge with the proper planning of required steps and activities to achieve the final goal, issuance of Drilling Permits. In this respect he is responsible to coordinate with involved disciplines, to gather required data ad to make sure they are properly captured in the documents requested by the Authorities. He has to ensure conformity (through IVB managing), compliance with legal requirements in respect to confidential data and consistency of documents worked out by external parties or submitted to the stakeholders /Authorities
 The Senior Expert Drilling Permitting will also be in charge with finding proper legal and permitting solutions in strict cooperation with the Legal Department for exceptional and extraordinary difficult solutions wherever the ownership over the construction to be will be held by more than one title holder as in case of JVs. In this respect, the Senior Expert Drilling Permitting will lead the dialogue with the relevant authorities and other stakeholders involved
 The Senior Expert Drilling Permitting will have to bring in specialist expertise on operations developed by Drilling rig, permanent and temporarly waste produced by drilling operations, safety systems in place to ensure safe operations while drilling related issues. Supervises and provides support to third parties for permitting activities documentation to be submitted to Env Agency, Rom Water Authority and ACROPO
 Identifies and manages required procurement services necessary to procure Engineering/Consultancy on Safety Studies/IVB mandatory services for technical documentation required for permitting activities. He will be responsible for alignment of the drilling process and the wells permitting process (identifying key wells deliverables and support prioritization)
 Brings relevant expertise for chemical management, emission and waste reconciliation to ensure compliance with granted permits and OMV’s standards
 Will Brings relevant expertise for chemical inventory audits as required
 Following up on the processes and procedures necessary to obtain permits and agreements (on time, according to the framing in the budget and according to the technical documentation)
 Ensuring compliance with Company and project procedures
 Obtaining permits and authorizations in time
