    The role is remote in Romania and will work amongst a shared services team, reporting directly to the Director, Global Enablement Programs. The Global Program Specialist will be continuously & primarily focused on one or more core elements of the Veeam Sales Acceleration (VSA) portfolio (Renewals), contributing their skillset as & when required for core strategic program management, development & design tasks, Train the Trainer activities, and/or any other reasonable request. As a global program specialist focused on the Renewals organization, the program specialist will help to analyse learning needs, scope proposed solutions, partner with instructional designers for the content development and employ consistent program management best practices to implement learning solutions to the renewals segment. The role requires interaction and collaboration with the wider SA team, Global Renewals Enablement Specialist (for training and facilitation purposes), and the extended Renewals leadership team of Veeam and has a direct influence on the driving of core Veeam Business Improvement Strategies. The role also offers scope for creating & establishing new hallmarks of excellence & best practices of world-class enablement, working within a fast-growing company with great ideas, and a bright future with lots of opportunity to grow & work cross-culturally. The main missions:

    Responsibilities

    • Owns & manages core VSA programs including but not limited to: Renewals Advanced Pathway, Sales Role Plays, and Sales Methodology core enablement.
    • Owns end-to-end strategic planning, program management, design & development process and maintaining long-term accuracy of content, modifying and/or redevelopment as & when business objectives require it to change.
    • Work alongside regional VSA teams to gather training needs & knowledge gaps to identify how an identified training need might be executed.
    • Responsible for developing & designing training interventions using the ADDIE process, engaging with key stakeholders, and gaining relevant sign off along the Veeam Sales Acceleration Program Management process.
    • Works with regional Sales Enablement Managers and Localization PM to localize materials to region when appropriate.
    • Encourages the use of a variety of instructional methods to ensure maximum delivery effectiveness, including group instruction, eLearning, Video On-Demand, self-study & role play exercises, webinars etc.
    • Creates & executes Master Trainer and Train the Trainer (T3) processes for internally developed content.
    • Collaborates with developers/graphics designers to construct course materials.
    • Establishes & manages relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs) and global key stakeholders outside of the department.
    • Submits materials for regular reviews throughout the ADDIE process and maintain accurate reports via the project reporting tool(s). This includes making changes following review meetings and maintaining program updates.
    • Helps support & develop department best practices, policies, and structure.
    • Thinks critically, works quickly, and adapts to new processes & procedures, in a fluid work environment.
    • Collaborates with Sales Ops and Geo SA teams to develop evaluation impact/measurement including comprehensive reports that show the full extent of the Business Impact of programs managed and proves the continuous ROI value.

    Requirements

    • Experience in end-to-end managing, implementing and facilitation of a corporate enablement programs at a global scale.
    • Prior experience leading geo-based or global programs that scale with focus on significant business impact.
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
    • 5 years experience with building & implementing enablement curriculums, OR 2-3 years experience as an enablement specialist internally.
    • Curriculum development & coordination for a channel/reseller/distributor centric sales environment in a fast-pace & high growth environment.
    • Training salespeople via a solution-oriented sales methodology.
    • Exceptional organization and project management skills with the ability to manage many projects & tasks simultaneously.
    • Effectively manages constructive feedback regarding the positive development of programs & associated work streams.
    • Ability to adopt the most effective engagement style when working with a wide range of internal & external stakeholders, SMEs, employees & leadership of all levels.
    • Ongoing use or certification with program/project management methodology.
    • Ability to support PM of training delivery and/or workshops in the Bucharest office.
    • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time with international travel.

    Other experience & skills

    • Background in Business, Education or Learning & Development.
    • Experience in a Renewals sales role is desired.
    • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
    • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence without authority.
    • Familiarity with Kirkpatrick or Philips ROI measurement approaches highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with customer-centric sales methodologies and their adaptation into a sales environment is desirable e.g. Richardson, Franklin Covey, Huthwaite, Challenger model etc.
    • Familiarity with formal program management process: PMP, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.
