HR Admin Specialist

The role:

• Preparation of employment forms (individual labour contract, personal data sheet, etc);
• Check the personal medical record file issued by the occupational physician, the distribution of unemployment, and all other acts which must exist in employees' files;
• Organizes and distributes to employees’ different HR documents (holiday requests, medical leaves, employee certificates, etc.);
• Preparation of termination of the individual forms of work (decision, notice of liquidation forms);
• Archive of personal documents;
• Keeping records of handing over the employee's personal files;
• Communicating with recruiters and other internal teams;
• Work in collaboration with the payroll vendor for the monthly payroll data input;
• Create payroll spreadsheets, and other reports if required;
• Updates, maintains, and operates the personnel database application, including REVISAL;
• Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries related to HR processes.

• University graduate, ideally with post-university relevant studies;
• English – Intermediate;
• Good MS Office knowledge, advanced skills using Microsoft Excel;
• Thorough knowledge of labour law;
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects;
• Proactive and high-energy attitude;
• Project integrity, honesty, and reliability in all interpersonal relations;
• Attention to details and data accuracy;
