    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    1+ years of relevant experience;
     Bachelor's degree, preferably in administration, law or economy;
     Excellent collaboration skills on executive level;
     Proven experience in writing documents, P.P.T. presentations and minutes;
     Outstanding oral and written communication skills in Romanian and English;
     Unpretentious, flexible and mature

    Responsibilities

    Planning and execution of recurrent management meetings for C.O.O. functions management
    team;
     Assisting in the follow up on agreed upon actions from such meetings;
     Maintaining appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and
    teleconferences;
     Conserving time for the C.O.O. by reading, researching, and routing correspondence when
    needed; drafting letters, presentations and documents; collecting and analyzing information;
    initiating telecommunications;
     Handles financial and accounting matters for the C.O.O. with confidentiality;
     Arranging business travel and accommodation and support in expense management;
     Producing information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and
    transmitting text, data, and graphics.
