    This role will be working within a global team of HRIS analysts on exciting opportunities to enable HR services in support of overall Veeam strategy. Some of the key HR initiatives are to leverage technology to streamlines processes, and enable HR leaders to gain actionable insights based on data.

    Responsibilities

    • Participates in interviews (together with other business analysts) with business customers and representatives of the teams involved in the project regarding the possibilities and mechanisms of project implementation.
    • Studies and organizes project documentation.
    • Prepares documentation to describe entities, relations and processes in the subject area, using special notation.
    • Participates in setting tasks, as well as in developing technical specifications.
    • Participates in testing a prototype of the system being developed.
    • Cooperates with internal customers and project managers at all stages of the project in order to implement information systems or their components in an effort to agree on the final form of the project.
    • If necessary, creates intellectual property according to instructions given by the supervisor.
    • Within the bounds of a specifically defined competence, maintains the accounts and/or records chosen by the Company and regularly submits accounting forms and/or progress reports to the supervisor at pre-arranged intervals.

    Experience

    • Experience as business analyst or similar role
    • Experience working in a global team
    • Hands-on implementation experience with Workday
    • General Knowledge and understanding of HR processes and systems.
    • Experience supporting medium to complex HRIS projects is a plus
    • Working with Jira and Confluence
    • Working using Kanban or Agile practices
