Welding Engineer

• Higher education in technical field;
• IWE International Welding Engineer diploma is an advantage;
• Experience in a similar position minimum 3 years, preferably automotive;
• Knowledge of English at intermediate/advanced level;
• Communication, planning and organizational skills;

• Performs and organizes the validation of new machines;
• Performs procedures, instructions, training for the equipment for which it is responsible;
• Establishes the working parameters of the welding machines and verifies the parameters and the programs drawn up;
• Responsible for continuous optimization of process parameters (time reduction, cost reduction) by proposing technical solutions leading to optimization of manufacturing technology, performance equipment and product quality;
• Supervises the smooth running of welding-related production and ensures the smooth their operation;
