Technical Officer (Constructions)

In 2022 Decor Floor is ready for a new chapter. After almost two decades of presence on the flooring market in Romania, the company is expanding its services and products portfolio targeting to become one of the top players in the fit-out segment.

We are looking for dynamic persons, with a desire to learn and develop, patient with documents and attentive to details.
Fresh graduates with bachelor's degree in Constructions are preferred, but not mandatory.
The Technical Officers need to have a clear understanding of the purpose of the documentation they are preparing.
This requires good verbal communication and interpersonal skills. They also need to be able to produce effective written materials, so they need good written communication skills.

• preparation and controlling of project documentation
• project status monitoring, to make sure that documentation is submitted according to schedule
• placing and following-up on installation orders and internal delivery orders
• managing key account category projects
