Performs specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.
Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.
Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered.
Identifies discrepancies in results.
Provides guidance to entry level engineers.
Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision.

Preferred Qualifications :
Has at least 2 years-experience in HVAC engineering and design, preferably in a consultancy environment
Has 3D Model Experience using Revit and AutoCAD Plant 3D
Capability to read and understand construction drawings
Has experience with American standards and codes
Communication abilities and capability to interface with other disciplines
General learning and decision-making abilities
Concern for the improvement of professional training
Responsibility, conscientiousness, rigor in carrying out the tasks
Cooperation with other colleagues, teamwork
Good command of English

Performs Heat Loss and Heat Gain Calculation,
Performs 2D Drawings Layouts for HVAC Systems
Performs 2D Drawings Layouts for Plumbing and Drainage Systems, Hot and Cold-Water Systems
Performs 2D Drawings Layouts for Fire Fighting Systems
Performs 3D model in REVIT for the above-mentioned systems
Performs BOMs and BOQs for the above-mentioned systems
