    Key responsibilities:

    • Accountable for establishing the LSEG brand on campus by development and deployment of the campus brand and marketing collateral, including graduate careers website, campus brochures, giveaways, banners and visuals.
    • Lead on the development of effective employment brand positioning tools/ channels & activate to source our target early careers talent.
    • Develop school, college and university on and off campus campaigns and partner with internal and external stakeholders to support the organisation and execution of early careers marketing events.
    • Proactively manage and sustain our brand profile externally in key markets to ensure we are, and continue to be, an attractive employer to target early careers talent.
    • Create targeted early careers campaigns which are aligned to the overarching EVP yet speak directly to the local talent required in country and by discipline.
    • Create 'on-brand' candidate-facing communications, collateral, social media and interactive content which convey our LSEG culture and employee experience.
    • Supports the groups Diversity & Inclusion focus through developing and implementing approaches to attract and engage diverse early careers talent.
    • Understand LSEG early careers needs to create bespoke value propositions to ensure an 'always on' approach to brand attraction and channel management.
    • Undertake employer brand research to better understand how LSEG is perceived in different countries by different target early careers talent and use this insight to ensure we are upper quartile in our priority markets.
    • Make data-driven recommendations on targeting talent through various attraction channels.
    • Track and analyse the effectiveness of different brand campaigns to ensure continuous improvements are identified and acted upon.
    Skills, knowledge and capabilities required:
    • Cross-country, cross-functional collaboration experience and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels in a fast-moving environment.
    • Knowledge and experience in identifying relevant universities/ education institutions with the right early careers talent.
    • Experience of developing EVPs designed to attract early careers talent globally.
    • Understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) or SEM (Search Engine Marketing), algorithms and Google Analytics.
    • Proficient with social media and content marketing (e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor).
    • Expertise in understanding how to sell a global company as an employer of choice throughout different countries and within diverse early careers talent groups.
    • Proven ability to meet rapidly changing business requirements.
    • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.
    • Ability to independently manage competing priorities in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
    • Workday knowledge preferrable.
