HR Internship for Administrative team - TM

Within our HR Administration team, your main responsabilities will be:

* Filing employees documents;
* Receiving the medical leave documents from employees;
* Collection and distribution meal tickets cards;
* Support for preparing medical leave files.

Job requirements:

* Bachelor/Master in Finance / Economics / Languages;
* MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
* Availability to work 8h/day;
* Good English skills;
* Planning and organizing skills;
* Confidentiality;
* Ability to work in a team;
* Well developed written and oral communications skills;
* Willingness to work independently.
