Senior Infrastructure Engineer

KeyPaas is an IoT Platform that enables fast and scalable connection of things to the Internet with multiple protocols, encryptions and payloads.

 Understanding and experience working with and supporting IT systems
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
 Good documentation skills
 Methodical in approach and process driven
 Interest to further develop and a quick learner

 Set-up / request and maintenance of the application environments
 Supports project and business as usual teams by ensuring development, test, pre-production and production environments are accurately set-up and available for their needs
 Creates and maintains the installation process for a till/POS machine including image, application and database
 Accountable for application installation documentation
 The role will work alongside level 2 retail support teams to ensure business operational continuity
 Supports the management of third-party system access requests
