Technical competencies
Experience in delivering and/or supporting complex reporting or analytical projects, products, and data platforms within Business Intelligence, Reporting and/or Analytic departments at a large organization
Experience in developing Analytics/BI solutions with data platforms (e.g. SAP Hana/BW, SQL Server, Azure Data Lake) and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI and QlikView/Sense)
Understanding of Analytics/BI storage architectures including data warehousing, data lakes and OLAP design.
Experience in Data Lake technologies a plus including; Azure Data Lake, DataBricks, SSAS
Experience with SAP, SAP BW, SAP Business Objects and HANA preferred
Experience in establishing proactive maintenance and monitoring programs as a leading aspect of establishing stability and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
Ability to assess current analytics products / tools and help to transition to a enterprise production application and assure stability for the Analytics application and platform ecosystem.
Experience in Agile planning and execution with use of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Familiarity of DevOps and CI/CD a plus

Responsibilities
Analyze current reporting and dashboards to provide optimization and integration of data and report delivery.
Work with key cross functional stakeholders to incorporate changes, enhancements and deliver updated enhancements in agile manner balancing multiple competing priorities
In addition, work with key users / analysts to enhance and update tools and products available.
Research new techniques and best practices within the industry to assist in the design and enhancement of current products and tools.
Troubleshoots, modifies, maintains, and tunes existing platform applications.
Create and/or apply applications to improve the availability of services.
