    Cerinte

    As Assistant you will facilitate the Head of Marketing’s daily work in overseeing the calendar, managing internal and external communication, making travel arrangements, and supporting on administrative topics. Additionally, you will be a strong partner for the teams in organizing themselves efficiently and effectively and in helping plan workshops or support in the execution of Marketing campaigns. You are keeping the global team together by organizing team events, supporting to onboard new colleagues and moderate global meetings.
    • Experience in a similar role in an international environment
    • Empathic team player with great communication skills
    • Full command of MS-Office software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
    • Fluent English oral and written, German is a bonus but not mandatory
    • Motivated and pro-active, flexible, loyal, and reliable
    • Extraordinary organizational skills, efficient way of working with an eye for detail

    Responsabilitati

    • Coordinate and manage daily organizational and administrative tasks
    • Manage the calendar and schedules for the Head of Marketing, coordinate internal and external meetings and appointments
    • Prepare personal correspondence
    • Arrange and prepare international travel, accommodations and prepare expense reports
    • Prepare presentations and reports, track tasks
    • Organize regular team meetings on a global level, incl. moderation and documentation
    • Maintain all internal representations of the department, e.g. Intranet pages
    • Support the global Marketing team with administrative tasks
