    Requirements

    At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably exposed to international recruitment;
    Nice to have experience in recruiting management profiles;
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    Fluent in English (B2-C1);
    Time management skills, ability to plan effectively and manage priorities;
    A proactive and flexible person;
    Result-oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
    Good abilities with MS Office, Internet & Social Media platforms/tools;
    Availability to travel.

    Responsibilities

    Performing end-to-end recruitment process;
    Screening candidates' CVs with the requirements of the open position;
    Organising the selection interviews to validate the searched profile;
    Presenting the shortlist of selected candidates, along with all the qualitative information about them, to help the Hiring Manager in making the right decision;
    Working closely and maintaining the collaboration with the Hiring Manager;
    Managing the database;
    Organising and participating in various recruitment events.
