Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

-Master / Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration or IT
-Work experience in Procurement and Projects
-Fluency in English and German
-Strong communication & social skills, negotiation, process-oriented mindset

You will have to ensure that the procurement activities are done as per agreement (PO creation/modification, PO sending, Expediting, Contract Management, SPM, Data management, Blocked Invoices / Critical Payments).

Also, you will communicate and manage the contracts and supplier relationship including performance, granting global competiveness for BT. Tactical Buyer will support Commodity Buyers and Site Buyers in contract implementation, risk management, claims and conflict resolutions. In your responsibilities will be also to manage internal key stakeholders and provide sustainable decision guidance.
