    Job role

    Utilize the experience of working within the Allianz test team and professional testing qualifications (where applicable) to actively manage user acceptance testing as required during the request lifecycle. Responsibilities

    • Execute harmonized E2E test scenarios defined for a testing phase
    • Act as a point of contact for testing expertise, specializing in User Acceptance & End to End testing of systems and product development
    • Use knowledge gained from experience of working within the Allianz test team and professional testing qualifications (where applicable) to actively manage user acceptance testing as required during the request lifecycle
    • Application of various testing methodologies / styles as required for User Acceptance & End to End Testing within the rapidly changing environment
    • Strive to constantly ensure the quality of testing methods and processes carried out within Allianz are performed to the highest level possible
    • Help drive quality business analysis efforts to include a structured view on business requirement production and traceability through to user acceptance testing
    • Ensure the delivery of a high quality product in line with signed-off business requirements, and documented business process
    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Business Engineering / Business Technology) or in software-related technology (BCA/MCA/MS)
    • ISTQB Foundation Certification or CTSE certification(E) or aspiring.
    • Strong Logical & Analytical skills
    • Exposure/knowledge/3 years of experience in manual Testing
    • Excellent Insurance Domain Knowledge and experience
    • Insurance domain knowledge/certifications – will be an advantage
    • Testing tools – Quality Centre (HP QC/ALM), JIRA, Confluence is only desirable
    • Scrum & Agile knowledge, is beneficial but not mandatory.
    • ACM Fellow certified, ACM Fellow+ & ACM Specialist Certified (for internal employees)
    • Good communication skills with the ability to elicit, question, probe and challenge others across the organization
