    jobs.colorful.hr is looking for a Junior HR Officer for an international organization.

    • Experience in a similar role – minimum 2 years;
    • University degree from an accredited educational institution in a relevant field (Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, Social Work and Social Administration, Economics, Public Administration);
    • Written and verbal English skills – minimum B2 level;
    • Knowledge of national labour law;
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
    • Excellent record keeping and documentation skills;
    • Receptive, inquisitive, capacity to question and propose new ideas and pragmatic solutions;
    • Experience in coaching and team building is an added value;
    • Strong work ethic and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.


    • Support the HR Manager in the correct management of the HR processes for the national collaborators: publish and remove job ads, contact candidates sourced by the persons in charge, schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed;
    • Establish and supervise a proper filing system for all HR and administrative documents and oversee the necessary security measures;
    • Ensure the correct management of HR administrative processes (tracking of personal folders, work contracts, social insurances, travel management);
    • Manage the human resources databases, salary slips and payments;
    • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days;
    • Offer support in the onboarding process - check the administrative details, documents, email address.
