4-5 years of experience in a similar position
Maintenance of accounting ledgers in a production company
Compilation of the tax declaration, VAT, CIT and other
Compilation of reports for the Statistical Office, National Bank
Compilation of the reporting required by external institutions
University degree in accountancy, economics, or post-graduate educational
Practical knowledge of regulations: Accountancy act, Income tax act, the Social Insurance, VAT act
Computer operation skills (AX, Outlook, Excel, Word, the Internet, ERP)
Advanced English knowledge
Knowledge of tax and financial regulations
Leadership skills including team management and employee motivation
High motivation to work
The general ability to take into consideration various aspects related to the management of the Company
The ability to make decisions and justify them in a rational manner
Resistance to stress
Effective communication with people with varied personality types and on various intellectual levels (building authority and trust, empathy, assertiveness
Focus on the execution of tasks with the simultaneous protection of the Employer during the executed processes

Maintenance of the entity’s accounting in line with local regulations and rules in force
Compilation of tax declaration and information
Compilation of the balance sheet and the profit and loss account for statutory and group purposes
Compilation of the annual financial statements
Calculating the value of statutory provisions for future commitments
Maintenance of the reporting required by the Romanian Statistical Office, National Bank, and the Tax Office
Analyzing, reviewing, and verifying the correctness of the accounting and financial documentation
Verifying and reconciling invoices as regards the VAT
Participation in the external and internal audit of the balance sheet at the end of the financial year
Cooperation with all departments in the company, external and internal auditors
Coordination and supervision of the accounting policy
Managing the accounting team
