- Very Well-developed technical knowledge across a broad range of IT platforms (Cloud/OS/DB/AD/LDAP/IDM)
- Data warehouse expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with customers and internal teams to deliver results
- In-depth Knowledge of SOX/GDPR and data centre process standards
- Ability to coordinate and support international development teams
Excellent knowledge of IT and data centre process standards, ITIL, SOX, ISO 27001 / 20000 /9000
- Expert of DC technologies (recent and historical DB/OS/DWH – at least 7 years of reference on DB/DWH and 5 year on OS level)
- Very good knowledge of VF-GDC infrastructure and automation and robotics solutions
- Ability to coordinate work across an international and distributed team
- Ability in dealing with international Vodafone customers on senior level and excellent background knowledge of Vodafone access management on local market and Group level
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, coordination capability, structured and organized

The UAM & SOX Technical Expert is responsible for driving innovation in the UAM tool landscape on software development and for maintaining UAM repository data accurate and updated. With a focus on UAM repositories and data warehouses, this role is responsible to develop frameworks for account data collection across the entire Vodafone global datacentre and integration of non-GDC repository information. The creation of reports based on UAM data and data collection is part of the specialist role as well as direct support of the UAM compliance pillar. This includes reports for internal and external audit (SOX/GDPR) use.

- On-boarding of new services and technologies with a strong focus into UAM repositories.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with SOX/GDPR regarding UAM
- Data quality and completeness incl. reporting to senior staff (local market and VF-Group);
- Maintenance and enhancement of UAM data collection procedures and scripts
