    Requirements

    • Fluent English Language
    • Knowledge of performance evaluations and managing customer service metrics
    • Computer skills, MS Office package required
    • Project Management or project participation experience and Ability to lead complex and
    ambiguous projects
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • Experience in any of the following: supply chain, product manufacturing, software/hardware
    engineering, Reporting and Experience with Big Data reporting
    • History of building strong partnerships with IT and other key stakeholders
    • SME expertise in supported business area – MPS (Managed Print Services) knowledge is
    considered a plus

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver critical business reporting, under the coordination of different Project teams
    • Implement new reporting solution in alignment with business needs
    • Deliver MPS KPI reports, according to the business needs
    • Track and communicate project results to all entire project community and stakeholders
    • Support integration of process improvements with reporting and data analysis
    • Demonstrate the value of central common processes by driving tool based disciplined
    walkthroughs. Sell the standardization.
    • Monitoring key deliverables & provide visibility to clients and internal stakeholders via
    dashboards
    • Preparing training material and reporting documentation for newly released solutions
    • Updating oneself with changes in the process flow or in the company and/or floor policy on a
    regular basis
