    Responsabilitati

    Supervision of the following activities:

    o Office Building normal usage

    o Receptionist service management

    o Kitchen/ Canteen management

    o Cleaning management

    o Facility Management Company

    Landlords:

    o Key contact and regular liason with the landlord

    o Lease- contract maintenace

    Utility provider management:

    o Responsible for the existence of all utility contracts that are necessary for daily work (electricity, water, cleaning garbage collection)

    o Tendering utility providers, if applicable

    o Budget control

    o Invoice and payment control

    Legal matters:

    o Constant connection with the legal advisory company

    o Data protection compliance control

    o Dealing with extraordinary, sensitive confidential matters

    Purchasing:

    o Use the purchasing system as per corporate regulations

    o Supervise delivery of goods and office consumables

    o Organize stocks

    Office access;

    Occupational safety and health:

    o Collaborate with the provider and local HR to ensure that legal requirements are fulfilled

    Equipment

    o Manage of technical equipment distributed to employees (eg laptops headsets etc) and participates in the annual inventory process.
