    • Native level/fluency in Dutch or at least B2 both verbal and written;
    • English level B2 (the training will be provided in English);
    • Proven technical skills with highest attention to detail;
    • Positive attitude & excited to discover new CX approaches;
    • Excellent Communication and customer focus (both verbal and written);
    • Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent;
    • Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills.
    Key responsibilities include:
    • Receive by e-mail/call/chat queries from customers and identifying the best solution for each case
    • Respond to all customers’ queries in a professional manner;
    • Using troubleshooting IT skills to help the client
    • Maintain contact with other departments in order to fix the clients’ requests
    • Develop and maintain the technical knowledge in order to continuously improve activity
    • Be proactive and suggest improvements

    Training: 3-4 weeks in hybrid mode
    Work schedule: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00, remote/work from home, occasionally visits at the office Contract: temp between 16.08/05.09-28.02/31.03 with possibility to become permanent
