    TGS Romania, is the Romanian practice of TGS Global. TGS is represented in Romania by two successful firms Fidexpert Audit & TPG Group. Both companies have been active in the Romanian market for a considerable number of years (Fidexpert since 1994 and TPG from 2009).
    We are a dynamic provider of accounting, audit, tax and finance services. Our service offering, business approach and sector expertise is primarily designed to support Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, or organizations of equivalent scale, with existing or planned international operations.
    We have an employment force of 80 professionals (certified accountants, certified auditors, certified fiscal consultants) who have been trained to cater for the requirements of the most demanding clients.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Economic Science, Human Resources & Accounting, preferred
    • Human Resources & Payroll certification is mandatory
    • At least 3 years of experience in Personnel Administration & Payroll, with a background in outsourcing companies, managing multiple entities is preferred
    • Strong knowledge of Romanian labor legislation & payroll processing procedures
    • Excel Knowledge in using the most common functions & formulas
    • Fluent in English– both verbally and written
    • Good communication skills & client-oriented
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality, strong personal integrity
    • Very good analytical, organizational skills and strong attention to details
    • Excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and manage own workload

    Responsibilities

    Personnel Administration
    • initiation & termination of individual employment contracts, preparation of addenda to employment contracts, decisions, various certificates required by employees, etc.
    • recording entries and exits in the General Register of Employees (Revisal) according to legal terms
    Payroll
    • end-to-end calculation of the payroll
    • preparation and submission of all necessary declarations to authorities
    • advising clients on payroll issues and labor legislation aspect
    • preparing various reports requested by the client related to payroll
    Advisory
    • maintaining contact with the assigned portfolio of clients in order to understand the needs and to offer the proper counselling regarding HR & Payroll aspects
