    The EMEA Account Based Marketing (ABM) Project Manager will work closely with ENT Marketing Managers in a data driven and targeted manner to help Veeam gain share with F500 named accounts across European markets. The goal is to drive more awareness and engagement, more leads, more opportunities, and ultimately more revenue with accounts identified by Sales as critical to our growth. The ABM Project Manager will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and measuring digital campaigns required to grow the sales pipeline with these accounts.

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with Enterprise marketing managers and corporate team preparing, executing, and reporting on digital activities.
    • Team with marketing operations to segment the account list by industries, regions, personas, and buying stages.
    • Plan and build campaigns, leveraging Veeam's global campaign framework for all phases of the buyer's journey.
    • Define, measure, and own the success metrics across all areas of the campaigns including engagement, leads, sales appointments, opportunities, and bookings; adjusting activities as needed in consultation with sales.
    • Work with other Marketing functions (Campaigns, Content, Creative, Email, Web) and third parties to create assets and execute campaigns.
    • Manage the campaign calendar and ensure campaigns are delivering against defined lead, meeting, opportunity, and bookings targets.
    • Mine data and industry best practices from a variety of sources, including paid vendors to ensure marketing campaigns have the best chance of success.
    • Create and deliver executive presentations on strategy, campaign execution, and results.
    • Budgeting and planning.

    Requirements

    • 3 years of digital marketing experience (PPC, account-based advertising, content syndication, email nurturing)
    • Experience in Account Based Marketing
    • Experience in B2B / tech will be a plus
    • Understanding of lead scoring and lead attribution models.
    • Fluent English
    • Strong analytical skills to read data and to convert that into actionable plans
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high paced environment
    • Must be an enthusiastic self-starter
    • Ability to build consensus in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
    • Being agile and goal-oriented
    • Capable of dealing with different teams and cultures
    • Proficient with MS Office tools, Salesforce.com, Tableau and marketing automation tools
