    Who are you and what kind of soft skills are we looking for?

    - Degree in engineering (technical fields) or IT;
    - Ideally, previous experience between 1 and 3 years on Digital Transformation projects, with particular reference to Identity & Access Management systems and processes;

    Technical skills:

    - In depth knowledge of Genesys platform.
    - Ability to manage all activities within his/her sphere of competence in full autonomy.
    - Experience in integration projects between applications/systems even in hybrid environment (on premise-cloud, different clouds).
    - Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes.
    - Initiative and strong problem determination and problem solving skills.
    - Knowledge of the most widespread project and program management technologies (. - Project Plan, Gantt diagrams, CPM, Earned value, etc.).
    - Knowledge and experience of the Agile Methodology gained from work on IT projects.
    - Detailed knowledge of products and technologies regarding activities to be carried out.
    - Knowledge and analysis capabilities of architectures and platforms, with particular attention to aspects such as the reliability, availability and the robustness of the solutions designed.
    - Diverse knowledge of the standard software level, the DBMS, the DB NOSQL, the development and management tools gained through project experiences.
    - Knowledge of dev/ops tools for the release orchestrator, deployment, continuous integration, testing, collaboration (. suite Atlassian (Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo), GitHub, Nexus, Service Now, SoapUI/curl, Subversion).
    - Knowledge of the scheduling tools/techniques, with particular regard to the suite BMC Control-M.
    - Knowledge of the cloud environments of the main providers and of the tools aimed at supporting the virtualization and the definition/management of containers (e. g. delphix, docker, kuberneets).
    - Knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems, and ability to realize executable scripts.
    - Knowledge and compliance with Release Management frameworks.
    - Knowledge and experience in the use of the most common practices and technologies of CI / CD
    - Knowledge and experience in managing scheduled processes with specific tools.

    Soft skills:

    - Good interpersonal skills and attitude to team working;
    - Good organizational and problem solving skills;
    - Initiative and innovative thinking;
    - Excellent level of English, both written and spoken.



    • Management of the Deploy activities in production and no-production environment, following a corrective maintenance.
    • Governance, management and monitoring of all Release Management SLAs and KPIs related to evolutionary and corrective activities of application landscapes;
    • Knowledge of functional and/or infrastructural monitoring criteria, support to the definition, implementation and improvement, with production of supporting documentation.
    • Control and management of alerts generated by monitoring/scheduling systems.
    • Governance and control of incident, problem, release and deploy management processes, according to the agreed SLA and KPI.
    • Management of integrations between batch systems, online and file exchange, in compliance with enterprise standard and the agreed KPI and SLA scheduled calendars.
    • Support for infrastructural interventions and/or integrated applications and/or specific activities deriving from business needs.
    • Management of corrective actions to ensure integration between applications and process automation.
    • Monitoring, Troubleshouting and tuning of the applications Systems.
    • Governance and support of application and infrastructural evolutions for the entire application landscape, informing and involving all the skills necessary to achieve the objectives.
    • Partecipation in the definition of functional and/or infrastructural monitoring criteria, contributing to the realization.
    • Design, implementation and management of integrations between batch, online and file exchange systems, including maintenance/scheduling activities.
    • Management of both production-operation and disaster recovery environment, and non-production on premisis e cloud (in the various IAAS, PAAS, SAAS configurations).
    • Carrying out the analysis activities and interventions following disservices to find and implement the definitive solution.
    • Performing the automatic and manual tests, appropriately documenting the results obtained.
    • Performing the activities of data extraction, remediation and analysis in order to evaluate KPI and to produce associated reports.
    • Carrying out application tuning activities and managing priorities for troubleshoooting in case of problems.
    • Assist development team with deployment strategy and capacity planning across development, QA, staging and production environments.
    • Work with the development team to deploy and manage tools that support SDLC automation, configuration management, and release management in accordance with standard and procedures of Enel GDS
    • Management and support for the preparation of installation of artefacts in production and non-production environments and all documentation required by GDS procedures and policies for the specific activities.
