    Qualifications:
    • University degree
    • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    • Previous experience is a plus

    Responsabilitati

    Key responsabilities
    • Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
    • Manage the Trade Marketing budget, in conjunction with the Brand Manager
    • Creatively interprets brands’ guidelines to achieve maximum impact. In case of no guidelines, conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and impactful in-store and e-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. Develops merchandising presentations / simulations for the agreed trade activities
    • Involved in the negotiation for the best time slots / visibility elements in store and for e-store
    • Centralize the trade & e-trade plans at company level, assuring in time and within the budget implementation. Request pictures for implemented animations, making sure that merchandising and general layout are correct. Builds monthly reports for implemented actions
    • Coordinates the DTP function by prioritizing the requests and assuring all details necessary for creating the layouts for diverse in-store / e-store campaigns
    • Coordinates with the brands’ representatives the approval of in-store and e-store campaigns; coordinates with the sales & logistic departments the process of implementation
    • Offers support to the merchandising team in creating the planograms and monitors the accuracy of the implementation
    • Maintains and updates a data base with relevant suppliers for production and / or materials
    • Visits the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected
    • Analyze sale trends and monitor the impact of the implemented actions to proactively update the trade and e-trade plans, in line with the learnings
    • Assists other function in the design and production process, when needed
